Cause marketing initiative targeting Hispanic community in Los Angeles. 

Assignment
  • Increase awareness and education in the Hispanic community
  • Drive traffic to the event via street team activation and community outreach
  • Manage catering and rental vendors to accommodate 300+ attendees
  • Search potential event venues, secure venue and obtain necessary permits

Program Description
Chevron produced a breast cancer luncheon for Latina women in Los Angeles to promote awareness, education and recognize survivors.  A panelist of speakers including breast cancer survivors were-on site providing valuable information to attendees.  Attendees had the opportunity to ask several questions and received a complimentary PowerPack that had valuable information related to breast cancer detection and symptoms as well as giveaways.
